The checkin process was easy and flawless unlike a few of the reviews I had read. Loved the parking garage and safety of the locked building doors. Convenient area for food or concert travel which is why we were there. The shared kitchen, dinning, and living room area is really cool and convenient too. The room was small (2 beds) but cozy and perfect for what we needed. We found some cleaning supplies and house shoes under one of the beds which is why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness but other than that, it was clean! Would book again when back in the area! Very pleased for the price!!

It was different. The instructions are not clear on what to do when you get there … check in was ver hard no number to call all doors were locked needing a code and never got the code to check in. The maintenance guy was extremely helpful !!! Wish I got his name to put it in this! I wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t all that bad!

There is no signage outside, so it was very confusing and hard to find. Made me feel like I was trespassing. Workers could not speak English, so they couldn't help. The pictures made it seem a lot bigger. Single night stay was fine. Great location to hit most of the big attractions and Metrolink station was fairly close.

We really enjoyed our stayed. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. I like how you had to have a code to enter the building and your room. Not having to keep track of hotel keys was nice.

My wife & I stayed 2 nights in room#306. The room was spotless clean with no odors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The main floor kitchen, dining, & common areas are spacious, including a play area for small children & an exercise room! There is a spacious outdoor patio area with grills & seating. There is a multilevel secure gated parking garage. The landscaping around the patio & garage areas need attention. There were frequent marijuana smells in the elevator & hallways, but not in our non-smoking room. There were no employees onsite, besides the cleaning staff. But our contact host always responded promptly to texts & emails. This hotel gets our 5 star review & we will use it again during future appointments at Barnes Jewish Hospital.

A luxury hotel for affordable prices!
I had a pretty good stay overall. One complaint I would have is that you aren’t given the door code or parking garage code and I was scrambling trying to get in the door. I also wasn’t even given my room number. Once all of this was settled out, and I got into my room, it was very nice. The door handle was a little wobbly on the inside but everything was nice and looked new. The one other complaint I have was the AC wasn’t working the best. It was set at 70 which there was a note to not turn below but it was fairly warm in the room. Not only that, the AC never shut off so it ran constantly. The bed was extremely nice and comfortable and clean. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was all provided and smelled great! The whole room was VERY clean. There was one night of my stay that the kids above me were extremely loud and I couldn’t sleep. There was no number I was given to call for a noise complaint either. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a very affordable price. I will be staying here again, just some minor changes would be 5/5!

I stayed for 2 nights over a weekend. Getting in and out was super easy. Good communication. I did not use the shared kitchen, but it was spacious and coffee was available 24 hours a day. In room Keurig, microwave and mini fridge. Also, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Suite was spacious. I liked that the parking deck was secure. There is a great wine bar around the corner and I felt safe walking back to my room from there. Would stay again.
