This place was convenient, however, it lacked making you feel welcome when you walked in. Lobby was very cold looking. The room was OK, very bare bones to say the least. The door was difficult to open. Overall, it was a good place to lay your head at night for the price,however nothing fancy at all about this hotel.

We had a very comfortable relaxing stay and the staff were friendly kind and quick to help with anything we needed. Also enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant on site . Highly recommend!

The room was clean and spacious, amenities a couple within walking distance, the ac in the room was set at 55 degrees or 12 Celsius, nice for sleeping, but not able to adjust, TV did not work.

I was in the area kayaking on the Thames. I just needed a room for one night. It more than met my needs. Room was very clean and spacious and quiet. What lowered my rating was the lack of/or very poor Wifi and a TV that didn’t work.

The stay was eventful duecto a power outage caused by an accident up the road. They had no electricity from around 6pm until 9am Very impresses with the young man who I believe is the manager or owner. He was doing everything he possibly could to take care of the guests.

This was a very reasonably-priced and comfortable hotel for our family's visit to the Stratford Festival. We were able to leave our dog and see a show on a hot July day.

The smoking area had lots of weeds growing up thru the patio stones, the picnic table full of green moss. .Gardens have weeds taller than the plants. The creamer for the coffee curdled the coffee. It was way expired. We waited over an hour to get coffee cups in the morning and then could not drink the coffee. Only 1 bar of soap to share with three people. The room smelled bad when we arrived so we had to open the window. The only thing good was the room was ok and the beds are comfortable. Not staff on duty at all times. I think they all work from home. You have to phone Noel to get any answers to problems. We could not get the room door to open with the code given to us. Had to call again to Noel to find out how to get in the room. No one was there for check in and no one there for check out either. No staff on duty at all for our entire stay. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. I will not stay here again.
