Hotel is new and the area is nice. Front desk was not friendly, verging on rude at times. The room seemed good at first glance but once we got settled there were piles of dust and debris behind the door. Our night stand was covered in a sticky substance and obviously hadn’t been wiped. Disappointed for the price.

Nice hotel. Above average breakfast with gluten free bread, berries for waffles and shredded cheese for eggs. Would stay here again. No hot tub but pool was warmer than normal

Checking in was a hassle. The front desk clerk made the problems they were having ours. Instead of just explaining that there were technical difficulties they said they were going to do something they could get in trouble for and we needed us to call the site we booked on to get reservation number. They also sent us to a room they weren't sure was clean. The morning staff seemed much more professional in our brief interaction. Won't be staying again.

Large beds .bathroom tub not cleaned very well,tub wouldn't drain properly,need more efficient cleaning staff.hot breakfast ok,need more variety instead of same hot food,was quiet for the long weekend being it was sold out. Coffee in brekfast area was not very warm. Overall it was ok.

Long black hair in multiple places: bathmat, in bedding, in towel. Upon first night, fridge didn’t work, tv was not working, this was fine just average issue & one or two hairs, I can understand but there were multiple. I could not complete the stay. Staff was all very friendly & helpful.

Cleanliness in this hotel is spotless. Rooms are nice and spacious. The pools is a little small but it has everything you need. I definitely would stay here again.
