Our second visit here in 4 weeks & it was much busier because, I expect, word spreads & more people want to experience this wonderful hotel.
The underground car park is now fully open.
Check- in was fast & easy & our room was available on arrival. The room on the 8th floor was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom equipped with plenty of towels & toiletries - bedding & pillows immaculate. The room had a small fridge that was stocked with complimentary red/white wine, beers, soft drinks & water. There was also the usual tea/coffee making facilities. The balcony opened to a dual aspect sea view and had a small table and chairs. The room was cleaned daily, towels replaced & bedding changed during the week stay.
The pool bar is fully operational offering a great variety of meals, snacks, cocktails etc., all beautifully presented & offering good value. The hotel provides towels for guests, free of charge, there are plenty of sunbeds & shades. The pool area is maintained to a high standard & the guys working around the pool are attentive & friendly.
We stayed half board this time & the food was always excellent and well presented with lots of variety.
But what makes this hotel special are the staff. Those on the frontline who work extremely hard & are so attentive & caring. Petya & Sofi - the restaurant managers, their staff - Subina, Deepak, Sudip & Nikesh (who never stopped smiling) & Raju who seemed to be everywhere! Value them because a hotels success rests on them!
