I have to be completely honest the price vs the place did not match. It was not horrible, however the pool bar area was blend, no vibe, no lights, no DJ, same for the roof top. The floors in the rooms were sandy, the bed covers had a peculiar smell. Room cleaning service did not exist the first two days we were there. I had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was good, however overpriced. Valet parking for guest should be included in the reservation. My sister had to pay an additional $35 per night to keep it parked and we were there from Thursday to Monday. I do have to mention the staff is friendly and the lobby is nice.

Customer service was not good. At check in, no info given just room key. Had to call fown to get info on pool hrs, breakfast and etc. The room tv didn't work, then had to switch rooms. The new room had two queen beds and very uncomfortable that i couldn't sleep. Very loud air conditioners like airplane flying by. Mood/ vibe if hotel not good.

Overnight Getaway

Great location- 1 block from beach. Lots of shops/restaurants around. Nice and updated hotel. Overall great stay! The 2 negatives were our hotel room floor was dirty! Lots of hair and dust on our socks. Also the drinks at the bar were EXPENSIVE! $20 a drink with not a lot of alcohol. No prices on the menu so you are stuck! Save your money and go somewhere else for a cocktail.
