It is a beautiful place and near the beach. But the only option for parking your car is Vallet parking and that is expensive.

Beautiful hotel. Only cons is no free parking so it can range from 38-48 a night to valet park. Also no free breakfast it’s like 19.99 an adult.and pool is only open dawn til dusk would been nice to night swim. Drinks at the bar are expensive. Pros 1 block from the beach, stores and places to eat near by.. only less than a mile walk to pier 60. Convince area. Not bad price per night. Everyone was so nice!

The staff was great, our room was not.

The service at the hotel was good. Every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly. Unfortunately our room was not as clean as I’d hoped. I asked for it to be cleaned again, we got back to the room and the same hair that sent me through the roof remained. The floors clearly needed to be mopped. I put sheets all over the floor because I have two young children who LOVE being on the floor to play. I was never really “comfortable” because I felt the room just wasn’t clean. Would I stay again? No. Though the customer service was good, cleanliness ranks higher with me personally. The hotel itself was clean, but for whatever reason the room we were put it was not.

Stay was fine. Place was clean. Parking should be included with stay for the price as compared to the other hotels on the water. Roof top bar had limited hours. Pool is pretty small and crowded. Staff was very nice and helpful at valet and at bar.

The property was nice. The staff were amazing. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room day one even though we walked past and asked them multiple times. Also, the rooftop bar was sparse and the pool had literally 8 chairs which were all occupied by 8am.
