I cannot say enough about this place. From the time you register. To the time you go to your room and see how beautiful it is. To if you need anything at all the maid service is absolutely amazing. To the food and drinks downstairs at the pool absolutely amazing cannot explain to you how we had such a good time. Every part of that hotel every person we met was professional very helpful and just absolutely amazing. The three girls that I deal with it registration were phenomenal and everybody else there was two thank you for a wonderful weekend

The views of the water from the suite balconies are beautiful! The front desk girls were very helpful and both had great attitudes! The room was a little outdated but we were very comfortable and it was clean. I would definitely stay here again

The room was fine. Wall unit for air and heat. The room was very clean and accommodating as were the staff! Office is located on second floor with only stay access so be aware! Exterior older than pics show but overall a good stay!

It was a great visit however, the room that I had booked was not available so I ended up getting a room that they said was the same amount when I come to find out it actually wasn’t it. It was a nice room, but I did paid for an oceanfront room and I didn’t get the front and I still charge the same amount. I applie discounts and used this because where did apply my key cash plus my rewards and extended for two more nights, however, we are being evacuated and need to get a hotel.

This resort has a bar on the premises that is not owned by the resort. It gets very loud especially at closing with drunk and disorderly patrons leaving the bar. I was finally able to fall asleep at 11pm only to be awaked at 3:30am because of a bad battery in the smoke detector of the room. They did come to take care of problem in about 30 minutes. I contacted the resort about the whole experience but they refuse to compensate for the bad stay.
