They’ve bounced back after the hurricane and although they were still working on the r renovations, we enjoyed our entire stay on the property.

The hurricane did lots of damage so they were still working on the hotel. Other then that everything was great but the housekeepers we had to go get coffee and creamers and toilet paper they did not replenish stuff well

The property was great . They are still going through rebuild from the hurricane but the staff kept it super clean and the construction did not impact our stay. I fell in love with their pillows and left my call back info to find out where I can purchase them but did not receive any follow up which makes me sad

The building is under much construction; there was no notification about where the lobby had been moved, so I had to ask strangers. No notice that the pool on the end by our room closed each day at 5pm along with many other areas not open. Very expensive for the room size and quality. Housekeeping could not communicate very well, and was rude when explaining we were not checking out that day and asked for more towels. It is technically the next thing from the beach, but you do have to wind around the property and then walk quite some distance to actually reach the water.

The property is still under repair from the Oct. 2024 hurricane damage. The pool, fitness center and lobby were still closed.

The elevator near our room was out of order, the fitness area is still under construction as well as the other restaurant (since the hurricane) and so was the ice machine on our floor, the pools were said to be heated, but were still too cold for me. I wish the hours of the pool/hot tub area were earlier than 9am and later than 10pm so I could have tried to enjoy the hot tub while there since it is swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty anyway) I really wish I could have done that before checking out. The rooms for price were really just okay- you are paying more for the location of the property and the beach access. The staff was very friendly. Our blow dryer needed to be replaced it was sparking when we tried to use it, we called and got a replacement that worked fine.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. It was great having free access to beach chairs and beach towels and bike access too. There was construction going on but it didn’t bother our stay at all.

Love this hotel! This was our second time staying, and again was great. Only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of first floor amenities (no laundry, fitness center, etc.) but that’s understandable considering the circumstances (hurricane previous Fall). You cannot beat the location, would love to stay here again :)

Under Construction! Did not know when we booked it was under massive repair. Jack hammers started in the room next door at 8:15am. The last day we were there they turned the water off. Not a relaxing experience.
