Apparently there’s a hidden cash only deposit fee at checkin that isn’t disclosed on third party sites. They told me I should’ve gone to their website to know, or to read the little printed sign on the side of the office. I just drove almost 2 hours and am told to have cash on me when I never do… I get to the room and it smells so strongly of mold and cigarettes. There were cigarette burn marks on the cover of the bed. Paint peeling off in chunks all over the walls. Obvious flood damage on the bottom 1-2 feet of the room. I didn’t feel safe nor secure. I gave my key back before midnight just a few hours after I checked in. I didn’t even use the room. No refund or care of how my stay went. The creepy guy in the van that stared at me and then put his windows down as I got close (had to walk by to get to my friend who came to save me…). Told the front desk about him and she shrugged it off saying he’s a resident and it was his smoke break… he wasn’t smoking and I know a bad situation when I see one. Just so terrible. Don’t go to this place.

The room that I was provided did not have a secondary lock for safety, the smoke detector was missing and when I went to lay down on the bed, the sheets were soiled and had burn holes on them.

The bathroom only had one bulb that .The bath tub was disgusting no dope dish . no toilet paper holder was high I had to stand on the table to adjust i.The sheets were diry and the blanket had burn marks iin it .the bed frame had metal sticking out of it and hit my leg 2x. 0aint issues .It should have rented .. it was so dirt i cleaned the tub myself and there was no hot water when i went to take a shower, and when I went to check out, she said I want to much for my money. $100.00 well excuse me.
