Very noisy throughout the night. Not well maintained. Toilet paper holder was broken, no mirror and A/C unit which was up high on the wall so had to use a chair to turn on, was not on for our arrival.

Checked in several hours after 3 and the room was not cleaned when we entered it. We had to go to the front desk and they called someone to clean the room. Even after cleaning, the floors made our feet black on the bottom. Bathroom handle was barely on and door had severe water damage. Toilet barely flushed. Holes in all the walls and curtains. Saw several roaches. This place is extremely run down. Also had a cleaning lady open our door while we were still in bed the very next morning to tell us we had to leave because it was check out time while we had a reservation for several days.

The property was extremely dirty and when I asked for new sheets because ours were stained, the night person said she "didn't have access to the laundry room". The room was not clean between us and the previous guest. And most importantly, they demanded a $50 cash deposit upon check-in (asking for a deposit is fine, but saying it can "ONLY be in cash" was sus)... That they promised they would refund the deposit upon checkout...And then refuse to give it back to us. In addition to everything problematic with this property, the area that it's in is very unsafe. We actually joked that we were happy that we weren't murdered in our sleep every morning when we woke up...

only the shower was functionable, everything else was terrible! from the piece of cloth hanging from the window, the dust and noise everywhere, the bed sheets of poor quality, the key to the door poor function, have to fight with the door to get it open or close, no chair, no words to explain my frustration and disappointment. when booking for this place the picture of the room was different than when I got there. I checked out early due to the poor room condition and I did not feel safe. They argue with me for my refund that they won't give it to me, I'm still waiting for my refund.

Yellow towels, the floor was so dirty when i got onto the bed my feet where black from just walking to and from the bathroom. Shower barely drained, the toliet handle was broken. You get what you pay for i should of spent a extra 20 and stayed somewhere else

Do Not Recommend!
I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by my experience staying here. I don’t typically write reviews, but this stay exceeded even my highest threshold for tolerance. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the poor condition of the walls, which were stained, dirty, and full of cracks and holes. The lack of a remote control for the TV was also inconvenient. I also noticed that some of the electrical receptacles appeared burnt, raising safety concerns. Moving into the bathroom, the issues only worsened! The towels provided appeared as though they had been previously used, there was no fresh toilet paper, the sink faucet was unclean, and the ceiling vent had been completely patched up by drywall. To add to these frustrations, there was no bathroom mirror and even a missing light bulb! As if this wasn’t enough, I discovered roaches in the room, which is unacceptable. Floors seemed as though that hadn’t been mopped in days. We raised these concerns with the front desk, hoping for a solution or at least a change of room. Unfortunately, we were told that they couldn’t accommodate any of our requests because the hotel is “currently under renovation.” I expected a basic standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, and this experience fell far below that. I cannot recommend staying here.

Surprisingly quiet for busy St. Pete area. 34th Street has many shopping amenities within 1 mile of hotel, such as Walmart, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Crunch Gym, etc. Only qualm I have is cable news channels limited selection.

The room appeared clean, but the floor turnes my feet black,which i notoced when i climbed in the shower. I spilled some water and when i wiped it up, it turned the towel black. There was no discernabke daily housekeeping, but wje i out the dirty towel and wash cloth outside the door, they were replaced.
