Great Stay

Nice new hotel, close to everything. Large, large bright room and huge bathroom. Bed was comfy and we had a nice view of pool, marina and Clearwater Beach. Soundproofing between rooms could be better as we could hear people in next room talking very clearly and loud music. Luckily it only happened one night. Our room had a connecting door so maybe that was why we heard more noise. It will be nice when restaurant/bar opens on the pool area

I loved so much about our stay, but there is some missed communication that could easily be updated. We didn’t get charged an extra resort fee like our first message stated, but there was a parking fee added on at the hotel for $20/night. The communications said a complimentary parking space per room. That is not the case. All in all, so nice, clean, short walk to restaurants and beach.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. EVS did a fantastic job everyday. The only thing we did not like was that the pool was nasty. It was like it had no filtration. Great hotel!

Fantastic hotel!!! The best I’ve stayed in, in a long time. We can’t wait until the Fourth of July where will be staying for almost a week. The rooms are so clean, everything is new ,and the decor is wonderful. :) fantastic distance to everything and the hotel is sound proof as well. The balcony, over the water is incredible; you can grab a Starbucks across the street, and watch the sun rise and set. A must stay for a beach vacation!!!

Great location and value! Very walkable to the beach, shops, and pier. Expected this to be much higher per night cost after seeing the property. The pool area was beautiful! It has a tanning ledge and sits at the dock area. Water was almost too warm. We used it for a one-night layover to go out on a cruise from Tampa. This appears to be a brand new rebuild/completion as the construction dumpster was downstairs, and the restaurant was still being completed. There was an issue with the electrical in our room (main light switch turned off all the outlets/lights on the bed wall). We did report it to the front desk so that it could be managed after our stay. We were able to charge all of our devices in the bathroom outlet for the night. They also had to replace our coffee pot since it was not working. That was done very quickly. Assumed that these were all associated with recent construction completion so would not ding them for this. Overall, very nice stay in a well done/decorated hotel.

We had a fantastic stay. It has been repaired since the hurricane last year and just reopened. The bar and restaurant were not opened yet. It will be a great place once it does. They were still working out some issues with the pool, too hot, but once they fix that it is a great hotel. The hotel, even with construction going on outside, was very quiet. Overall, we has a great stay, I highly recommend the Charthouse.
