Front desk staff was really nice , the rooms was however not the cleaniest had what looked like a small amount of dry blood on back of bathroom door, and the floors was dirty

Nice stay

No complaints. A/C worked great, room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is a little dated but we felt it gave it charm. Best shower water pressure I've ever had in a hotel! The bed was super comfortable too. I would definitely come back.

Landscaper with the blower spent a long time and started too early in the morning. The maid also came knocking atound 9am - now really.. Coffee in the room was the worst quality and breakfast was very basic. Room did not have total blackout curtains and the shower pressure was way to low. Otherwise, it was clean and so was the pool. The staff were all really nice too.

Didn’t stay there. First room was full of bugs (roaches). They gave us a different room on the other side of the hotel. Same experience. This time the room smelled like bug spray. Asked for a refund. The lady said it would take 24 hours for it to get back to my account. It’s been 4 days and nothing yet. I’ll be contacting them tomorrow. Hotels.com should remove this listing from their website. Wasted time and possibly money. Ended up up at the Holidag inn express in Dunedin. Highly recommend them.

The manager amazing, she is the reason we will be back again!her staff is great too. All but Marcy, she felt the need to stereotype my husband and call him homeless looking, without directly saying it. She misrepresents what Clarion stands for. We are returning guests.She threatened to trespass my husband and made us feel uncomfortable, refused to do her job as a customer service rep and was very immature. It takes a bad apple like Marcy to make you want to stay away. Management assured us that she appreciates us and made us feel like that issue will get resolved.Thank you

Floor where dirty as if no one had been in our room for a period of time. I did not tell front desk and cleaned myself bc I wanted to. You cannot take breakfast back to your room you must eat in the area provided. Pool and hot tub area with seating was nice right outside our door.
