Ok went checked front desk person was friendly and informing.. was given a room back of building.. two young males loitering in parking lot. Get very comfortable.. called front desk to ask to move.. said they would speak to gentleman.. not comfortable with Thant.. was alone traveling.. scared.. I was there one hour and checked.. would like two of the days refunded

The property was located right at a ramp to an entrance. But the place was run down. They had issues with making a key card when I checked in. There seemed to be plumbing issues as our bathroom stunk. The TV was unplugged, and the remote did not work. There were just a lot of little things that added up.

The fitness room lookedcl quite inviting and the room was okay. I had to lug luggage a long way to my room. Thdcstaffvgreeted ne, and seemed okay. There needed to be morebhelp in the dining area. Thevfoidcwasvokay,but notvenoughbstaffvto clean tables, coffee and juice machine,broken, and no non pork meat to enjoy. The waffle iron was a little sloppy. I didn't say anything because I was in a hurry. The pool looked nice,but I'm woke up with two or three bites. It's not the first place because of the mattresses I guess. I did leave full .

Horrific experience.
Horrific stay. Keys did not work when I tried to enter the room. The carpet is dirty peel and stick tiles. The next morning I went to shower and there was no hot water. They said the boiler was out! I made two separate reservations for two nights. When I checked in they said I need to check out and then come back and check in for the next day reservation. I did so. When I came back to check in, the person that checked me out checked me out for the next day also! When I finally got this straightened out, they said I had to pay for it again. I opened my bank app on my phone and showed them that I already paid for it. They argued with me telling me that my bank was wrong! STAY AWAY!
