I think this location could be nice however, the staff for the most part on swing was rude and there were a lot of items that were not up and working. The safety was not there. Anyone from the garage could walk into the hallway where our room was. Additionally after a certain period of time, you could not get any bottled water, which is a necessity to take medication at night. There were no ice machines working and there were no vending machines available to even get a water or a drink. The positive was the pool bar and the waitress and the bartender were awesome. The food was really good. In our opinion, the hotel was open too early and they should’ve let their guest know that it wasn’t really ready for guests.

The hotel was fine, Expedia is a problem for me, the right before they over booked are room and had to find new rooms that cost me 600 bucks and I can't get my money back for the rooms we never got.

My room had spectacular views of the ocean & intercoastal waterway, the food at the bars were very good. If I had to complain I would say the breakfast was not what it should be for a $300. room "no type of scrambled just hard boiled eggs & a pancake maker" when I had a much better breakfast at a $150. hotel days before. Also $35. a night to park is a little steep.

Great location and the staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and with the exception of some flooding in the garage, vehicles are easily accessible. Room rates were good and the room itself was spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast is bananas, muffins, yogurt cups, granola bars. No hot food. For the price of the rooms here, there should be a nicer breakfast.
