Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I had a large studio where the kitchen was extremely dirty. The bathroom was old and also dirty. It smelled like cigarettes seeping through the walls. It was so bad. They changed my room on the first day.
The staffer was nice, and upgraded my room, but it wasn’t much of an upgrade. This felt like a project building apartment stay. The entire complex smells like cigarettes. It was awful. They took 2 days to get me plates and pots/pans. I killed a roach. It was like a movie. This hotel needs to be shutdown. Not because of the staff, but because it’s poorly maintained by ownership. Even the walls look like they’re out of a horror movie with ugly mixed colors. It felt like I was staying in a psych ward. Worst experience I’ve had. Management needs to gut bathrooms, replace broken kitchen cabinets. Replace old floors, replace toilets. It was just embarrassing to be honest. I didn’t even want to show my family where I was staying. That’s how bad it was.
