Beds- not so great, didnt get a wink of sleep. Parking- limited spaces in the garage with poor signage and directions, ended up in the service elevator since could not find the guest ones, HVAC issues- had to switch rooms about an hour after checking in as the AC was not working and maintenance could not resolve the issue

Upon exiting the elevator we heard yelling & screaming from a room in/near the corner. It lasted a few minutes but stopped before I was ready to call the front desk. Later that evening it started again lasting several minutes so I reported it to the front desk- I was as told there had already been complaints yet I don’t think they even came to investigate because the front desk person kept asking me if I knew which room it was coming from. It stopped for a while but then stated again a little before 4am. I called again and for us to be be moved or the other loud guests to be moved & was told someone would come & speak with that guest. It finally stopped but we got VERY little sleep that night. I mentioned it at check out & was told it would be investigated. They comp’d my parking however a comp’d stay would have been best. It’s a great location however not sure I’d stay again since they don’t promptly handle guest complaints
