Very nice hotel, great staff. For breakfast water came out of the orange juice dispenser, it was the worst breakfast I’ve seen at a Hilton/ Hamptons inn.

This is a nice hotel and great areas .There are restaurants that are within walking distance as well as entertainment. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is good as usual. There are appears safe. Only issue was there was no hot water , while taking a shower,when I asked the receptionist about it. She said the water had to run for like minutes, which is unacceptable . But despite taking a near subzero shower , this is a good hotel to stay at

First the positives: The hotel was clean. The room was clean, and the man at check-in was friendly and professional. It was also an affordable stay. However, the room felt extremely outdated. The furniture and carpet looked like they hadn’t been updated since the late 90s. Bathroom door needs repainting. The view from my window was awful, overlooking what seemed like demolished buildings, warehouses and industrial site. Breakfast was very disappointing: dry omelets, sausage, and potatoes, canned-tasting fruit, and paper plates. Seating was limited, and although the staff kept things tidy, the quality was far below other Hampton Inn locations I’ve stayed at — especially compared to the ones in Jacksonville. Checkout was frustrating too, with a long wait while the front desk staff was away restocking supplies. I won’t be staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn here. I particularly like the digital keys and check in without having to stop at the desk which I did anyway the people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. I was able to choose my room from a map of the building. That was a new experience for me. The location is fine with plenty of parking. The breakfast is way better than the last Hampton Inn I stayed in previously. The facility is very nice but rooms need to be renovated. The bed is great but the furnishings are very dated. The TV is nice but the viewing options are minimal. I enjoy Netflix and YouTube but they were not available. Coffee was good too! Very clean and safe area.
