Love Hampton Inn & Suites, always; except tonight our granddaughter got locked in bathroom within first 5 minutes for just over an hour. Was having surgery at 6:30 am next day (we didn’t get in until almost 9:30pm. No maintenance staff person on site, girl from front desk did everything possible to try and fix; she had to break handle off door or call fire department, she chose to break the door. Very apologetic and kind. She will be contacting Expedia as they are reimbursing our night stay. Certainly will continue to stay at Hampton Inn and Suites as we always enjoy staff and properties, and a great night sleep.

Great property, friendly staff great location to everything easy commute getting around. The only negative is the pillows I strongly suggest you bring your own. The breakfast was good for a hotel, the bar and area was clean with a lot of variety. Definitely get food from Paul’s deli. It’s about a half a mile from the property fantastic food great people.
