- Pool size is relatively small but it was clean. Pool area could easily get crowded as a result. This is an important item for us since we have small kids. - Hotel room was also on the smaller-end. - The hotel is at a nice spot where you can find good food and shopping options.

The hotel is in a great location and the pools and beach was very nice. The hotel needs some updating. The rooms were on the small side. We had a room with two beds and the beds were only full size (most hotels seem to have queen beds in the 2 bed rooms) The bathroom was small. The room did not have a microwave, however when we asked about it they did bring one right up to our room. We had 1 roll of toilet paper each time them cleaned the room. We asked for another roll at the front desk on our last day and it never came. One of the elevators was broken but it did seem like they fixed it pretty quickly. A couple of the tiles around the pool were loose almost causing us to slip. Staff was very nice and friendly but the hotel could use a little more care.

Most paid per square foot for a building in Clearwater for a good reason, LOCATION!! In the middle of it all. The “gulf front suites” are a must to stay. The view is used by local and national tv stations it’s spectacular!!

The hotel rooms could use some updating. The closet doors and sink were chipped and paint was bubbling around the bottom of the doors. The pool deck had loose stones and they moved. I stubbed my toe on it and it caused my toe to start bleeding. The staff was attentive, but the sign that mentioned about "uneven surfaces" was tucked behind a garbage can back by the bar, so you wouldn't see it unless you were looking for it. I thought the drinks were overly expensive. $15 for a drink seems excessive.
