Nice hotel, located in a quiet neighborhood. I had booked a suite with a lake view, I would have liked a suite on a higher floor but apparently it was under maintenance. Nice staff at check-in.

I must be honest, it’s a good hotel. The beds should be more comfortable considering Hilton is amongst one of the wealthiest corporations 🙄 but of course why would they care. The staff was the best part, they were kind and helpful. I did have an incident of being scared awake by housekeeping..which was a bit traumatizing for me, but the front desk attendant Dominique, was very empathetic and compensated me. I would go back for the service. As always, it’s the workers who save y’all. Maybe give them a raise instead of adding rude gratuities to your guests.
