Staff seemed nice. The older gentleman at the breakfast area was the best! You can really tell he took pride in his work. Kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. Was very interactive and super sweet. The only bad part about our stay was the room view. We got stuck on a second floor that was on top of the carport area and all we saw out of our window were roof tiles and the carport blocked the rest of the hire. So we could not see anything out of our window. It bummed us out.

The hotel was really nice but the staff was fantastic.... Eric at the front desk and the morning breakfast staff treat guest as if this were an expensive resort. You can tell that they love what tgey do.

The staff was great, particularly Christian who helped me with several things and Luis. Also, the two ladies, one of whom was named Penny, who worked the breakfast room were outstanding. They were more than polite and friendly.

Good location and service
Room and bathroom were clean. We were able to check in early even though the hotel was fully booked the night before. Breakfast staff was very friendly, offering to refill drinks and the like. Property is in the heart of downtown Dunedin and is convenient to restaurants, shops, and breweries.

It's a beautiful area, close to shopping and dining. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff goes out of their way to make sure we have everything we need. The breakfast was incredible with a great selection of omelets, meats, biscuits, fruit, pastries, yogurts, oatmeal and cereals.
