Wonderful getaway. We were made to feel welcome and very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were all wonderful, especially Mychael, Dylan, Antonio & Chris (massage therapist), and the wonderful lady at the little shop every morning, Shor2Go. Looking forward to returning soon!

I always love the staff here this is my 3rd stay this year and the staff is always very welcoming and helpful from the front desk to the people that valet the cars to the people that clean the rooms . IN my opinion customer service and the staff make or break any company , its the first impression and customer service primarily , then its the location to the beach and the wonderful poll with the view

Love this hotel, but we had a TV with 3 large white spots on screen and we could not access Pay for view movies, or even get a TV guide. They came up but could not fix any of it, so no Tv all week. Not happy.

Our stay was really good and comfortable. The kids activities over the New years' week was amazing. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Proximity to great restaurants, activities and shopping was a great plus. We enjoyed our New Year's weekend stay a lot and would definitely come back.

We had a great trip here for 5 days. The property is very clean and the restaurants inside are good. Some of it could use a little updating like the hot tub and outdoor area, but overall it’s a very nice place.
