Great location, clean efficiency quarters with lovely semi private outside sitting area. Right on the Gulf. Mattress and pillows not comfortable. Excellent, friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Across the street from the beach, great sunsets from balcony! Spa like feel to this property. Comfortable bed and beachy/spa decor. Bikes available, beach towels, cooler and beach chairs also available at no additional fees. Staff was very friendly. Walking distance to restaurants down the street. Would highly recommend and we plan to return again.

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The staff was extremely welcoming upon checkin. Whenever we needed anything, someone was always on site and willing to help right away. Our room was very clean and always nice and cool (which we needed since it was HOT) while we were there. The space was inviting and newly remodeled. The on-site amenities were a huge perk which simplified our stay. We rode the beach cruisers daily. They also include beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers which are all in excellent condition. They were also very accommodating when we asked for a late checkout due to our flight being a little later in the evening. The location is perfect and most restaurants and shops are walkable. We will definitely be back!! Thanks again for making our trip one for the books!

Beautiful Inn right across from the beach. Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor, fluffy white towels, beach chairs etc, to use. Free ice for coolers, and nice hot coffee. Beautiful view of the beach, Sunsets to die for. The only thing is parking in the lot is very limited, but the Inn does pay for metered parking out front. We didn't like parking on the street overnight but would not let this deter us from staying here again.

For a little hotel it was really nice for our one night stay. Very close to the beach, very clean and very nicely decorated. Did not feel outdated at all! Really nice place for the price to be so close to the beach!

Tina is the perfect hostess! We enjoyed the interaction with other guests in the courtyard while we are on our way to the beach or dinner and Tina was always there facilitating and welcoming. We stayed in Sea Grape and it was lovely Book early!

Our stay at Inn on the Beach was nothing short of perfect. The property itself is a charming boutique-style inn, thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you might need—much more personal and cozy than a big resort. Location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the soft, white sand and crystal-clear waters of St. Pete Beach. Whether it was sipping coffee while watching the sunrise or strolling along the shoreline at sunset, the setting felt like a dream. If you’re looking for peace, charm, and the perfect beach getaway, Inn on the Beach is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

The rebuilt property is absolutely gorgeous! Our room had a very large deck looking right out onto the beach. The parking was easy and the room was beautiful. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. We will definitely return a definite shout out to Tina who is extremely accommodating, friendly and a huge help to booking the room. She is a real asset to the property.

Super clean, comfy beds and towels-Felt spa-like. They provide beach equipment, chairs and umbrellas, and towels, which makes life so easy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the beach and walking to restaurants and shopping. No kids allowed which did not impact us, but just letting folks know, as it was not in the Expedia description. Parking is limited, but they will help if you do not get a spot and have to pay on the street.
