Firat they gave us the wrong room. Then we open the couch and it was absolutely disgusting with food and crumbs on a mattress that was disgusting. Manager said she would give us a new room and full refund. But the new room qas not that much better.
Room and hallways were extremely dirty, internet was very spotty, and tv didn’t work half the time I was trying to use it. Property was poorly unkept and didn’t see room service or get new towels in the 5 days I was there. Free breakfast was empty an hour into service and wasn’t restocked at anytime during service. Seemed like a lot of drug use was happening on the property. Management however was very nice and professional and any issue I had was taken care of to the best of their ability. Probably not enough to make me go back.

The location is good. Check in was good. The room was somewhat clean. The carpet was not thoroughly cleaned because there was stuff on the floor in different areas. The tub had some mildew in the corners that are easily noticed. Lastly the outlets in the bathroom and where the microwave are did not work. The place is decent but nowhere near worth the price. Since hurricane Helene and Milton the hotels raised their prices by quite a bit. Not cool at all.
This place needs to be taken off your list of hotels. Very dark dingy and we did not stay there. We left and stayed at a place we could breath in. Do not recommend
I was put into a room on the second story floor with the window completely pulled out on the ground and then I was put into four different rooms that were all completely dirty and getting the runaround through Expedia and the hotel and everyone is refusing a refund. Unbelievable behavior for a hotel, especially When the community has been impacted by two hurricanes within two weeks.
