Very disappointed. We arrived for our 4:00 check in and we were told the room wasn’t ready. We were thinking they were running a few minutes late and understood. However, it wasn’t ready until 5:00. There wasn’t an apology or we have a place to put your stuff , go walk around. Good customer service goes a long way. You have no choice but to use their valet parking and our vehicle was parked no where special. That was an extra fee(over 30 dollars). The room we had was extremely small and right by an elevator. Not only did we hear — “going up— going down” all night long, we heard everything. Including someone blasting music at almost 5 am. The bed was comfortable but we weren’t able to sleep. Not at all relaxing.

I valeted my vehicle ($35/night) there and a valet stole $27 from my center console which I use to tip the valets. I brought this to the attention of staff they were indifferent and a mgr was i incensed w/ me as a paying customer. I was there recovering from Hurricane Helene and an injury I sustained during the storm of which i had surgery and stayed at Moxy to recover from. It saddens me that people will take advantage of storm victims.

The Moxy St Pete
Super location to downtown and the Rays stadium, the hotel is clean, everyone was super nice, the downstairs bar was full and in high spirits. The Coffee Shop has all the fancy coffees and great breakfast. Ferg's, Florida's largest sports bar, is located next door. We will be back and will have to check out the rooftop bar!

The room was not clean the shower and toliet visibly looked dirty. The floor was dirty in the whole room I was getting dirt stuck to my feet & room in general very tiny for the price. Charged my card $300 immediately for incidentals without even warning me - its more than a nights stay. The woman at the coffee counter in lobby was pretty rude and aggressive. I did love the bar tenders, the server Leah, and the men at the front door! they made staying there worth it.

Stayed here during hurricane Helene when we couldn’t stay at our home due to flooding and didn’t have a timeframe of when we could return, the staff were helpful, kind, and understanding even when some of their own homes had been destroyed as well. We could not believe the level of service given the circumstances it was amazing, as if we were at a resort not running from one of the worst events our neighborhood has ever seen..
