Check in was fast and east! Betty (I think that was her name, she works nights ) was amazing and her boss Ursela as well. Actually almost everyone was amazing. When we arrived and after going into our room (which amazing room and beautiful view) I had an accident but Betty & Ursula were amazing. Betty even came up to my room to check up on me and Ursula the next day as well. There was some construction across the street so it was a bit annoying not being able to sleep in but it wasnt the hotel's fault. Overall amazing service.

This was probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed and we travel a good bit. The surrounding area is improving from recent hurricane damage so some things are still closed but the beach itself and the property here were absolutely stunning. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly.

The apartment was beautiful and spotless, with everything we needed for our stay. The building and its residents were very quiet, making for a peaceful few days. My only suggestion would be to have 2 loungers on the balcony. Overall, we loved the building, its amenities, and the heated pool and spa.

Very nice property, clean and well staffed. Beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Room very new and built well. Not a fan of the bright white lights everywhere, no real warmth. Hard to use tv. Remote with Roku app requires you to enter password. Meanwhile TV in gym uses a Firestick which already had access to Prime and Netflix. A better set up if you want to be a higher end establishment.

We searched clear water. This hotel is no where near. It’s 45 min away. They charge a resort fee for hardly no amenities. The pet fee is an obscene 85 per night for my 5 lb dog. Dogs are not allowed on this beach, pool deck or common areas. Would never go again

Nearly everything about our stay was fabulous. Spacious and well-stocked suite with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Right on the beach. Working pool and hot tub. Our only complaint is that the pool/bar area starts playing music loudly early in the day and continues all day long. If it was on the other side of the building it would be no problem, but it’s right below all the room balconies. This made it impossible to enjoy sitting on the balcony to relax and watch the gulf or read a book. Even with the doors closed and sitting in our living room area we could hear the music coming through. In essence, it was hard to escape the unwanted barrage of unwanted sound to fully enjoy the peaceful time away we were hoping for. Everything else about the Ocean Club was lovely and if it weren’t for the music situation we’d heartily recommend it to others.

Very modern property, exceptionally clean, with beautiful views & sunsets from both the balconies and the rooftop deck. Friendly staff. Very nice heated pool and hot tub. The beach is a short walk from the hotel and is a lovely expansive section of beach. My only complaint (and it is not about this hotel) is that our room on the 5th floor at the end of the hotel above the pool overlooked a motel that was a combination of run down and damaged by the hurricane. This hotel is perfection and we would absolutely stay there again.

The staff takes excellent care of this facility. It is clean and well-kept. They are all friendly and seem to take their jobs seriously. All was great during my stay except that there were no chairs to use at the beach (so, BYO).
