the AC in the room was not working so the maintenance showed up shortly but could not fix the problem. the next day reception called me and when she heard my frustration she quickly transferred my call to the hotel Manager. He went to the room himself and he made sure the AC was working properly. He even offered free dinner for 4 of us and waived resort fees. I have traveled to many parts of US and the world but the service and the ocean views were spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel for business, pleasure even weddings.

This property has gone downhill since they opened the sister property. It used to be more upscale, but we experienced a very poor dining experience, and forget about using the pool. There were too many kids running around, throwing football across the pool, yelling, etc. Not a quiet or pleasant stay whatsoever, and we won’t be going back!

Absolutely gorgeous location. Clean, beautiful hotel with stunning rooms & views. Spa like bathroom, with luxurious shampoo/soap/conditioner. In room coffee bar, snacks/bottled water/bags of ice on every floor in the guest pantry and the most comfortable beds. Great pool / tiki bar and a few steps more, you have full beach access with rental chairs & cabanas. Worth every penny. We will definitely be back!
