Not pleased.

Don’t book with them unless it is for yourself. They do not disclose on third party sites that the card and persons id must be present upon checkin. Then they charge your card each day over price that the room actually cost. Then justify it by saying they’re just holding the funds which keeps you from being able to access said funds on your trip. What was supposed to be a carefree weekend was nothing but stress.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The experience as a total and the service that we received was as close to Perfection as you could ever get. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you want one of the nicest most service, friendly hotels that you could ever stay at. This is the only place you need to look at in Clearwater.
