When I arrived at the property, it was under construction. The property had been destroyed by the hurricane. There was no manager on site. The construction worker had to call the property manager on my behalf. She indicated the property should have never been rented. She sent me to another location of a property that she managed a few blocks away. I would like a refund of my money for the significant inconvenience.

Very disappointed. Couldn’t sleep on the uncomfortable sofa bed. Asked for it to be changed. No help. Empty pool had mold growing in it and was unsafe for falling in if kids are around. Just a low quality place.

Nice location one block off main strip and very close to nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. The outside of the cottage was not very aesthetic, but the inside was nice, cozy & modern. The 1 bedroom/1bath has 2 TV’s with cable, a refrigerator, microwave, stove, iron, & small ironing board. The bathroom is aesthetically pleasing with good lighting, a large clear glass shower & nice backsplash finish. My only complaints would be that the walls seemed a little thin (occasionally could hear neighbor), bed linens seemed like they could have been cleaner & the light in the kitchen area was too easy to bump your head on (for context - I’m 6’2”). Overall 7.5/10

It was nice because there were not a lot of rooms so there was no fighting over the pool chairs. It was clean and Melissa & staff were very friendly. Our only complaint is the WiFi was a little sketchy with a sparatic signal but that was ok too because it was nice to unplug for awhile! I would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay and will be back to stay at this location again. It was so clean and comfortable, I have not slept that great in a long time. I cannot wait to return to Florida and I am thinking it will be in October.

Nice place to stay if you’re looking for an apartment type /studio feel. Locals are friendly as well as management, Melissa. She takes excellent care of you.its Within walking distance to the beach and food and shopping. One thing I would suggest is that parking can get tight

Comfy, clean & close to the beach

Our 1 bedroom was remodeled beautifully, very modern & extremely comfortable. Pool was clean, but cold. With some attention to the outdoor areas, it would be perfect. No umbrellas at the pool, lights were not on at night, pool needs a heater, better furniture and gardens need some attention-but overall our stay was comfortable & quiet at night, we came home well rested and had a wonderful week stay!!

We went to the Outback Bowl and has a blast. The food within walking distance is excellent. Due to the winter storm we were force to cut out stay a day short. When we arrived on Saturday it was sunny and 70. It was raining and 40 when we left. Place it very quaint and clean. There was plenty of room for my family of 4

Great location

Situated just about perfectly, this place fits well to access all the little walkable places in the area. If you want to hang out by the nice pool it's good for that too.The check in and out process could not have been more perfect and the manager is a very good communicator. Just a few quibbles with the room: The lamps in the bedroom did not work because they were plugged into a bad extension cord; the bathroom electrical outlet did not function either; the shower head/pipe was loose behind the wall; the walls are paper thin. In all honesty, we should have complained to the manager but didn't find these things deal busters because the place was otherwise so nice. In fact they were remodeling some of the other rooms, so maybe these are known issues. The manager seemed like she probably would have tried to make it right given the opportunity. would stay again.

Terrible not as advertised.

Terrible ac not working not as advertised not a king bed. Sofa bed a futon. Room postage size not liveable. Other units appeared larger from outside. Not met by agent. Key Left in lockbox. No response to emergency repair. Was offered refund. Had to find hotel not settled in till almost midnight after 12 hours of travel. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.
