The area near the pool was very tropical with many plants/trees. Rooms are remodeled and clean. Area was quiet.

Property may have been under construction. There was a lot of material in the drive. Didn’t see anybody working on it. There were a lot of people living in this hotel for the price I paid. It was not worth it. It was OK if the price had been more suitable to what we got The people were very nice that ran the place this was more like a $60 a night room instead of $191.

The toilet didnt flush, had to raise the arm in the tank to get it to flush , the shower curtain only covered the middle of the shower so water leaked onto the floor and it was hard getting clean towels ( alot of them were stained and filthy

Tarp over the front entrance, hookers and drag zombies walking around entire property. A real dump , Expedia will not refund me due ti feeling unsafe to stay there . Will never book a Red Roof again and will never use Expedia again.

Overbooked and the system is outdated. I booked & paid for 2 nights. When we got there, the room was occupied by someone else and the staff has no clue about it because the system is not updated . We got there around 11:30 pm. Checked in and were trying to get into the room, but no luck - the keys did not work at all. My husband brought the keys to the receptionist for help and came back with the re-keys, but still not working. While waiting for my husband to run back to the receptionist for the 2nd time, I heard people talking inside the room. By then, the receptionist realized that the room was taken by someone else then staff came and asked me to go back to the reception desk so he can try to find us another room. The system is outdated, there is no way for him to find out if there is a vacant room, he have to physically check one by one. Luckily, there is one left vacant. Staff gave us the keys to that last vacant room. We got there, but guess what - the keys won’t work. My husband run back to the receptionist again for 3rd time and came back but still unable to open the door. My poor husband had to go back there for the 4 th time and came back together with the receptionist with a different key. Finally, it works and we got into the room around 1 am the next day - so frustrated & exhausted. Our problem was not ended here. We got the same problem when we came back to the hotel the next day around 9:30pm, the key won’t work.

The room was nice, clean (except for the floors). Toilet was constantly clogging even though I was out all day long. complained first night and they told me there was no other room available so I had basically no toilet to use. Next morning I went to get the plunger cause the desk said I had to clear it. There was a very nice employee who came and cleared the toilet for me. I gave him a tip for being so nice. Toilet was fine until around 10 pm. Called desk again and a guy said he'd bring up the plunger for me. I told him I'm keeping this overnight cause I have to leave early in the morning and I'm not going to deal with this issue. I cleared toilet that night and again the next morning. It was find for the next 2 days until the morning I was checking out it was clogged again. I had to hurry up and check out early so I could go to a Dunkin or some other place to get coffee and use their bathroom. This was basically my one main complaint. The main lobby was also difficult to find at first (I arrived when it was dark), because they had a huge tarp with stuff underneath right in the middle where the cars would pull up to check in. I mentioned it to the woman at the desk and she said the Inn was under some construction. I just feel this tarp and stuff should have been put elsewhere.

Red roof should model their values after Marriot. This particular property is terrible. The tub was dirty because it's so old. The room had a slight odor. There's no way we would have stayed more than one night. I haven't patronized a Red Roof Inn for more than han 30 years and now I remember why.
