The pool was a mess, people would put there towels on chairs to hold them and not show up for hours so there was never any place to sit outside, and no one monitored the pool and kids were diving and doing cannon balls in the pool and they were throwing footballs and other hard balls in the pool those things slip and don’t get caught and knock people in the head and face, they need to have someone watching to make sure it is under control. The staff was friendly, but a lot of them didn’t speak English so they would have to go to a supervisor to understand what you were asking for

Our favorite hotel in Clearwater Beach

This is our favorite hotel in Clearwater Beach. We typically stay on the Springhill Suites side but stayed on the Residence Inn side this time and the room was so much bigger and the kitchen was fantastic. We were quite a distance from the lobby but the room was so nice we didn't even care. The included breakfast is always fantastic and a $$ saver for a family trip! They put new lounge chairs with comfy cushions and there was live music by the pool which was fantastic. We could hear the music from Coco's downstairs late into the night but it didn't bother us enough to complain. Great stay as always! It wasn't cheap at all, but was also spring break. We still felt it was worth it.
