Steer Clear of the Rodeway Inn

This hotel is a dump and should not even be allowed to stay in business. I am not even sure why the authority having jurisdiction is allowing this hotel to continue trying to sell it's service to the general public. I was scheduled to stay three (3) nights, but only stayed the initial night. Even then, we contemplated several times that night to pack up and leave; however, it was late and really had not other play to go.

It was new, clean, and staff was friendly. I hated that there was no bathtub!! Also no ice on the 4th floor ,no diet Two places to eat close, super busy trying to cross the street. eatnearlydrinks

The first room the TV did not work the air conditioning didn't work and the door didn't lock and it smelled horrible and was disgusting she then moved us to another room which it had burn holes and holes all in the comforter overpowering baby powder smell and there were bugs literally on the bed

Bed spread had several looked like cigarette burn holes and it looked like some red jelly glob on the spread luckily it had 2 beds so i didn't have to sleep in that . I was afraid to look to close to yhe other bed. Why would they not just throw that away. Believe me i understand about saving money when you own a business but that was disgusting. The shower drain was pited..nastyand the air conditioner looked like it was on its last leg

Hotel is being upgraded, so there is a lot of distraction. That combined with the extensive highway repairs being done on HWY 19 (not hotels fault) prevents a quiet atmosphere at this time.

Rooms are old and not maintained. Bottom of bathroom door rotted or kicked out. Looks dirty in general. Bed very uncomfortable. Lumpy. Room smelly! And a screaming fight outside our door at 3:30 in the morning. We only needed a place to sleep because we were visiting family so thought we would give this a try. Never again!

This was one of the worse places I have ever stayed. Be aware there are many homeless people “put up” here. Trash everywhere,full ashtrays everywhere,my room smelled like old cigarettes,things rippped off walls,commercial lighting over bed, bugs crawling all over,bed felt broken, people yelling, cars coming and going…if I had not paid for it(way overpriced) I would have left. I am still feeling itchy all over and quite ill over last night’s stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

It’s a dump and for a $100 a night I was stupid for thinking in the pictures it looked decent it’s a dump not overstating with it being very matter of fact. I don’t know what the mattress and pillow are but there not a mattress or pillows. $100 Shane on me, not fooled again I promise I won’t come back or recommend. Not saying anyone couldn’t stay here just being honest heads up and matter of fact no problem there sorry not sorry if that hurts other feelings but the place is a dump. At a $100 no sir
