Check In was fast but they are under construction so 7am you were woke up to leaf blowers and saws, the door would stick so you had to use your body to slam against it to open to close, bed wasn’t very soft either
Everything was amazing. The renovated room near the beach was paradise. Excellent service atvthe bar, we definitely can recommend to friends and family
There is construction going on but the place is still very maintained and pretty and the staff is wonderful especially Shelly at the front desk! We had a blast and will be back!
Everything was great. Loved the wrist bands that had your room key on it.

AC not working properly, front door does not close unless you pull it closed. Beds only had sheets on them .Mircowave not working properly. Don't think they were ready to open 100%.
First time back since the last hurricane we had. Lots of new areas since my last stay. We stayed in the new building which is now 8 floors. Got a 2 queen bed suite with balcony view of ocean. The room was very room we were 4 women. 2 queen beds and a separate area with couch and chair, large screen tv and microwave. Pocket door opened up to ocean and it became one big open space. Just gorgeous. Not cheap but worth it.

The location and beach were very nice and clean. However, I would say for the price, that this place is glorified motel. The two restaurants on property were like cruise food... iykyk. The staff was awesome and helped us check in early at no charge to help with our red eye flight that had come in.
I was disappointed at the oceanfront view included a roof which men worked on copper and worked through the weekend ,sanding ,painting poolside. If work was not going on and I did not have "working noise" on Friday my stay would have been more enjoyable
For the amount of money we spent on the stay it was not worth it. There were too many issues with the room. First off the fridge did not get cold enough so by the end of the stay we had to throw out all of the food we brought. The shower leaked so we had to use the towels that were provided to clean it up. We were put on the 7th floor underneath the ball room and there was a wedding that went on until about midnight. The bass was so loud it was shaking the room until about midnight. We got put next to 3 girls who partied until 2-3am in the morning the whole time. And when we tried to call the front desk to go and quiet them, our phone didn’t work. So around midnight we walked down stairs to tell them and they didn’t really pay it any attention. On day 2 we requested more towels because a good chunk of them were used to clean the leaky shower. Went down to the front desk to ask for them. Room service took the old towels but did not give new ones. So I had to go back down to the front desk and ask again. I ended up just grabbing towels off the room service cart because about 2-3 hours later a staff member finally knocked on the door with the towels I requested earlier that morning. Also there were 2 hidden fees… $25 a day for parking and $46 a day because we didn’t book through their main site. We spend about $900 through hotels.com and then had to pay another $200+ when we checked out. NOT WORTH IT…
At $445 a night this is a dump. They need a new GM. Room trash for all rooms were left in the halls all day. The property is in complete disrepair after the hurricane. Everything was sticky and unclean. New GM tomorrow.

During our stay we were unable to call the front desk. Anytime we tried any of the numbers there was no answer. Even after our trip O have tried contacting them several times to get a copy of my final bill, to no avail. I call get a vm and never hear back. Even when we went down to the front desk to ask for clean towels, they never showed at our room. The location was great, the pools and patios were great. The pool restaurant took over 2 hours each night to get us our food, and we were only a party of 5. Overall the service was horrible, the rooms were nice, the showers hot, but the staff just killed it for me.
