Nice family owned property. Friendly and helpful staff. Property is old but well kept. Our bed was hard and not very comfortable. We didn’t make a complaint about it. We figured it was just our opinion, but we did not sleep well, Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Nice happy hour each evening.

Very nice old inn in the middle of St Petersburg. It was quiet at night. Beautiful old furniture and lovely carpeting and decor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Great small hotel! It is definitely in the city - trash trucks in the early morning and a strange groaning mechanical noise throughout the day on the east side of the property. Friendly staff!

Loved this place

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice quiet room--nothing fancy but very cozy and comfortable. Wanted to stay another night just to hang around for their happy hour again! Oh--and they have a parking lot right next to the front door, which is a big deal for this area.

Really enjoyed our recent two night stay here. Centrally located with easy parking next to the building. It is well positioned to be able to walk to downtown and waterfront to sample the local nightlife but far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise. The breakfast offering is also a nice touch. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.
