Very nice. Furniture makes the rooms and lobby very ‘’Homey’ Rather than sleek and impersonally modern. Breakfast was varied with cereals, pastries, hard cooked eggs, etc. Good hot coffee and all on real dishes with metal flatware, not paper and plastic. Hosts are charming. Thank you.

A pure delight, full of the spirit of St Petersburg. Lots of good advice from the hosts at Inn on Third about local amenities like the Downtown Hopper and the Sun Runner to the beaches. An unparalleled surprise! And the pier area was likened to being in a seaside Manhattan. Many young people, music and lively atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended from arrival onwards!

Inn on Third is a gem. Reminds me of being in Europe. Old school in all the best ways, with all the tech you need. The breakfast/cocktail area is a wonderful place to gather and chat - with other guests and the wonderful staff. The room was very comfortable. And the neighborhood is wonderful and walkable to all the best of St. Pete. I travel here a lot and will make this my automatic go-to.

The property was more than we expected because of the reasonable rate. The room was small but everything else made up for it. Brian and Stephanie at the front desk were most friendly and helpful. They offered a free glass of wine/beer in the evening, the breakfast was full of good choices and the coffee, delicious!

Early truck driver!

Ok first of all the host was super cool…very professional as well as attentive to my cable box which she swapped out crazy fast….for sure I will be back oh and she allowed me to early check in which again was super cool and the place had a great charm, very cozy like I just got home feeling. Thank you and sorry for the early check out had to work!

This was a lovely, adorable inn! The staff were friendly, kind, and cheerful. It was easy to find and park our car. It was perfect for our one night stay with a clean room, friendly and cozy community foyer with complimentary items such as a glass of wine, and other food. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in St. Pete

My husband and I attended a concert at Janus and booked this hotel to stay over after the concert. The room was clean and cozy. The lobby area was lovely with continental breakfast and a happy hour. The staff were friendly and helpful. If we're in downtown St. Pete again, this would be our first choice of places to stay.
