Very convenient location, really cute courtyard and pool area, staff was friendly and helpful, room was very comfortable, hope to stay there again next time we’re in Clearwater. Something to know that I did not catch before booking; $10 parking fee. Rates were good enough though that it didn’t really matter.

Room was clean except for front of door. Looked like someone was kicking it because of all the shoe scuff marks. Pavement around outside of the rooms was quite deteriorated. When we returned to the room, post event, at 11 pm, there were kids loitering in parking area, another couple appeared to be "making out" in a car that was parked, and another car was backing in & out of parking spaces...have no idea what that was about! Did NOT feel safe or comfortable with parking area even though it was well lighted.

Pleasantly surprised

I was surprised at the oasis that resided inside the walls of this motel. It was in an urban setting. Close to some wonderful shopping and restaurants but had a tropical vibe that was pleasantly unexpected. The room was adorable. The bed was quite large and comfortable. Updated bathroom, microwave and fridge. I would have liked a coffee pot and maybe a little tube of conditioner for my shower but those are such small things to even worry about.

Close, clean, quiet

Easy to get to, in a quiet area, very clean. We Uber to and from beach strip for beach, for happy hour and dinners for cheap considering the off setting of $3,50/hr parking. Only down side, out of owner’s control, pool to hot! :-). Need to start business of pool cooling solutions!

They have insane rules. NO guests AT ALL. No blow up toys/ floaties in the pool.(Seriously) If you have a guest staying that was not originally on the paperwork ..it's $25 per night parking and 10 extra dollars per night. They also charged us $10 per person per night which is in the paperwork to begin with. But that's ridiculous. we were allowed like two towels every other day. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room. I would rather stay in a cardboard box in the middle of a hurricane that ever go back to that place. They should give us the option to give negative stars. Because if they did- I would give them negative 10.

Great welcoming staff at check in! Amazing outdoor sitting area shaded, designed with palms and sea shells, picnic tables, swings. Room, bathroom are clean. Truly non-smoking room and non-smoking policy is enforced. Will stay again!!!

Cute old Florida style. We stayed in a weekday and it was quiet and very clean. There’s a lot of room options when booking, staff is very friendly. Had an issue with the booking and was charged for two nights instead of one, they were able to refund the extra after explaining and showing them the reservation I had on my phone.
