Professional and friendly staff. No parking and they charge a lot for valet parking (not advertised). The other guests had extremely loud music playing into early morning hours with no hotel staff intervening. And the "pool" is about 12 inches deep and is not kid/user friendly for any sort of swimming (also sort of misrepresented). Lastly, the hotel rooms smelled of smoke as did the elevators, which was less than desirable.

Marybeth at front desk was friendly and exceptionally helpful with check-in and extending our reservation when we decided to stay longer. For parking, this property has only valet parking, and surprised me how quick and convenient the valet staff were... also very friendly.

Not a bad hotel

The only odd thing about this hotel was that entrance was from the side where the valet parking was. They you go up an elevator to the 3rd floor to get to the lobby and check-in. The elevators are often busy so you'll have to wait. Another problem was that they charged $35/day for overnight parking, although the sign said they charge $20/day for daily parking, so the real price would be a mixture of the two if you stay more than one night. Overall a good hotel, good breakfast, good room (and clean).
