Très déçus! On y reviendra pas!
L’Hotel est plutôt joli mais manque d’entretien. Par contre, pratiquement pas de wifi dans notre chambre(1 barrette) et seulement deux barrettes 4G, impossible de travailler.. Salle de bain bien moyenne, robinetterie basique, douche baignoire basique pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Manque d’entretien. Coffre fort non fixé(on peut partir avec sous le bras..) Stylo du bloc note, rouillé !! Chambre à plus de 300,00 malgré ça il faut payer 25,00 pour accès à 1h00 au SPA (sans soins évidemment) Ok pour un trois étoiles mais pas quatre.

Pas à la hauteur
Le prix de notre séjour nous a été débité par erreur 2 fois, et signalé dès le premier jour de notre séjour. Voila maintenant presque 20 jours de cela et malgré nos appels tel, de relance, nous n'avons toujours pas reçu de remboursement à ce jour ni même de leur nouvelle, malgré leurs promesses. A signaler aussi que durant notre séjour, notre chambre a été à demi faite, juste le lit de refait et c'est tout ! Cela laisse a penser qu'une fois la réservation faite, aucun service client, et surtout il ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on pourrait attendre d'un établissement de leur catégorie. J'ai attendu avant de mettre cet avis, car je n'aime pas être négative, mais là, c'est vraiment abusé !

La partie hôtellerie était tout simplement parfaite, mais la restauration n'était pas à la hauteur. Le diner proposé n'était pas digne d'un hotel 4* (ni même d'un 3*). Heureusement on a pu se rattraper sur le petit déjeuner bien plus qualitatif.

Séjour agréable à part un détail qui est nous est resté en travers de la gorge: Au repas du soir nous avons eu droit à une réflexion très désobligeante de la part de la responsable de salle. En effet nous sommes arrivés cinq minutes en retard ( je dis bien 5 minutes) et cette personne nous l'a fait remarqué sur un ton très agressif..

Ce lieu est exceptionnel, avec un accueil chaleureux particulièrement de la part de la directrice, qui a gentiment accepté de nous changer de chambre afin que nous puissions bénéficier d'une baignoire. Le dîner au restaurant était délicieux, proposant des mets de qualité à travers une formule entrée, plat, et dessert à 50€, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. En ce qui concerne la climatisation, un simple échange à l'accueil permet de passer du mode chauffage à la climatisation, assurant ainsi une nuit de sommeil agréable. Le Spa offre une expérience décevante. Il dispose d'un jacuzzi commun et d'un hammam limité à 4 personnes. Lors de ma visite, le sauna était indisponible en raison d'une maintenance. Les options de boissons se limitent à du café soluble et du thé disponibles dans le couloir. Un problème majeur réside dans les casiers qui ne ferment pas correctement. Le tarif est de 25€ par personne.Concernant la propreté et le confort, des traces de moisissure s'étendent des murs au plafond dans la douche du hammam. La salle de détente, peu accueillante pour les personnes sensibles au froid, est équipée de quelques bancs qui paraissent insuffisants et inappropriés pour un lieu censé offrir détente et relaxation.
