It’s a nice property but it needs a fresh coat of paint. Spacious room. Great bar. They did offer breakfast, nice gesture, but Kuerig coffee, pop tarts, drakes coffee cake. Insulting for a hotel of this caliber. Staff was very nice.

The unique atmosphere and charm was welcoming. When we had an issue, the General Manager, Matt, was very accommodating; having g the restaurant on site is a really nice option, our server, Amanda, was friendly and fantastic, and knowledgeable, as was Stevie! Taylor, the receptionist was also very helpful. Great staff! 5 stars!

The rooms had very nice decor and was clean. However, when we checked-in there were very few plates and flatware. When we asked for some the front desk attendant found some but told us we had to wash them ourselves. Rooms had several burned-out light bulbs and the telephone did not work. It was Labor Day and you'd expect the restaurant to be open on such a popular holiday -- it was closed. Although our dinner was excellent, we expected to see a drink menu for a restaurant that was so highly touted -- no drink menu. The hotel was conveniently located to shopping, dining and an extremely nice beach! Overall, I'd give this hotel 3.5 stars. If they tightened up on their customer service, I'd rate it as 4 to 4.5 stars. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.

Wish it had a pool. We did not take advantage of the rooftop restaurant but we talked to many people who love it. Everything is so accessible from this location yet not in the middle of the town center.

We were completely catfished by the pictures/description. Pictures showed a separate bedroom from the living room. Description even said “separate sitting area.” Supposed to have a bathtub which was needed for a guest in a full arm cast- nope. Instead we were given a renovated room that they cut in half. Our bed was not even close to a king size. We checked with the front desk about getting a different room and there were none available. Location was good, the staff were friendly, but we will not be back.

The ac on the master bedroom was not working, they moved us to the room next door but the ac was just blowing air without the cooling working! Fans, floor and balcony not cleaned. Poor quality of toiletries and no room cleaning during the stay, not even emptying the trash.

Very nice, clean, and up to date room. The staff was friendly, and the location was great! If you enjoy walking there is plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel and if your not big on walking it’s a short drive.
