We were completely catfished by the pictures/description. Pictures showed a separate bedroom from the living room. Description even said “separate sitting area.” Supposed to have a bathtub which was needed for a guest in a full arm cast- nope. Instead we were given a renovated room that they cut in half. Our bed was not even close to a king size. We checked with the front desk about getting a different room and there were none available. Location was good, the staff were friendly, but we will not be back.

The ac on the master bedroom was not working, they moved us to the room next door but the ac was just blowing air without the cooling working! Fans, floor and balcony not cleaned. Poor quality of toiletries and no room cleaning during the stay, not even emptying the trash.

Very nice, clean, and up to date room. The staff was friendly, and the location was great! If you enjoy walking there is plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel and if your not big on walking it’s a short drive.

We stayed in the condo at the top floor and EVERYTHING was amazing. The amenities, the customer service from the staff (especially Chelsea), the distance from the beach, etc. ALL THINGS! Book here for your vacation to St. Simon’s, it will be worth every penny you spend.

This property has a very quaint vibe and very convenient location. The staff is helpful, friendly, funny and made our stay even better. No pool was a bummer, but hey. Breakfast is very limited and very continental, (at least a waffle maker or some fruit or something would help.) Trimming the tops of the trees would really help the limited room view. All in all, we would stay again!

The property is beautiful and situated right across from the beach at St Simons. The suite was gorgeous layout with comfortable beds. The only downside was the continental breakfast was out of some supplies and the self service kitchen was very dirty. Someone left a disgusting meal in microwave
