There was a leak in the bath room that was never repaired. I had to climb 3.5 flights of stairs to get to and from the room each time.

What stood out for me was the amazing view, the staff was great and very helpful. Especially them being able to just call a taxi whenever it’s needed. The room was clean and had a nice sized shower. The restaurant on the resort was okay. The food was hit or miss. The tomatoes were like green on my burger, but that was about it. Drinks are okay sized as well, would wish for a little bigger with them being about 12 a drink

The value of this resort is excellent. The pool bar is a lot of fun and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The resort is super close to Charlotte Amalie making it an easy location to get to anywhere on the island.

Room was clean but had strong scent of cleaning chemicals. Location is best with a car. We did not have a car and could walk to town and cruise ship area, but coming back at night it’s best to use a taxi as the immediate area at the bottom of the hill is not well lit. Nice pool and bar area overlooking the harbor.

Our room was excellent. It looks like it had been renovated yesterday, and had a really nice Caribbean contemporary feel. Our view over the city in bay was amazing, and we enjoyed spending time on our balcony. We ate at the restaurant four times and enjoyed everything we had. We paid the $5 each to visit the museum and climb to the top of the castle tower, and it was well worth it. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was nice, especially the view from the pool and all of the shade for the deck chairs. There was live entertainment tonight. We would definitely stay here again.
