We love the fact that we can walk right out on the beach. It’s just really in need of maintenance. Pool was disgusting. Grounds are grown up garbage cans on the beach we’re overflowing.

Enjoyed our stay! Ayanna at the front desk was a gem! She was very thorough and went over and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Mrs. Lisa was also sweet and very helpful as well. The staff members around the property were courteous and ensured they accommodated us with any needs we had. One of the ladies who kept our room clean was very sweet and had a such a sweet spirit. Thanks to all the staff for providing us with a great experience during our stay. ❤️

The employees there were nice , great cleaning , and very courteous . I will you could call in the food to pick up to your hotel . But the food was amazing . I like that they had a pool . And the beach was awesome

I decided to ignore the bad reviews and booked a 3-night stay. We arrived early from our flight and the front desk was very welcoming. We asked if we could hang out at the Emerald Beach Cafe until our room was ready and the ladies were extremely friendly and instructed us where to go. The Resort is on the beach and beautiful. The Bartender welcomed us, and the staff constantly inquired if we were in need of anything. We did not dine in the restaurant as it was a short trip and spent our time visiting beaches. Anytime we needed beach towels or room towels, we were accommodated. Looking forward to another visit. Thank you to all the staff at Emerald Beach Resort for making our stay pleasant.

Took about 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee at breakfast. Rest of the meal came even later. Ice machine kept us up at night. When we mentioned this at the front desk, her reply was, “I would have tuned it out.” Special shout out to Amy for bringing the coffee, even though it wasn’t her job.
