The staff was excellent!! Loved the hotel and the view is so beautiful. Loved the pool area. The breakfast is nice. The last hurricane made some damage to the hotel so we couldn’t enjoy some areas, but we really enjoyed our stay! In a future trip I would stay at the same place. The villas for 6 ppl are amazing!!

My friends and I picked this hotel after a horrible stay at another property, in the middle of our trip. The water pressure was amazing!! The views from the balcony, stunning!! Elise at check in/out was awesome! Breakfast was basic, the room was a little humid but we are in the VI. Overall great place to stay and would definitely go back!!

We love the Hotel the staff was super nice disappointed their restaurant was not open due to a hurricane but it should be late November pool was very nice rooms need updating but we overlook that due to the view no elevator so be aware. We’ve stayed there many times an it’s our nostalgia that keeps us coming back. Others may not be as nice. It’s view is overlooking Charlotte Amalie Harbor, the town and Cruise ships.

There was a mixed up with the room when I was checking in (two people with the same so they gave my room to someone else). They ended up telling me that because of that they gave an "upgrade" Rooms and surroundings could use some remodeling. It felt kind of outdated. Restaurant was not operating, we did not know this until we got there. Breakfast was bagels, pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee, and orange juice.

We had another incredible stay at The Mafolie last week! The views are jaw dropping, the staff is outstanding, the rooms are immaculate and quiet, and the affordable price is unbeatable. Having the beautiful restaurant onsite for breakfast and dinner is a huge bonus and one of the main reasons we love staying at The Mafolie. (It was closed for dinners last week due to recent storm damage but will re-open in a couple weeks, and they’re still serving beautiful daily breakfasts!) I love sitting by the pool for hours watching the delightful harbor activity — seaplanes, cruise ships, sailboats, etc. Always a treat! Thank you to the amazing Mafolie team for running your business with excellence!
