No electricity, no flushing toilet, we were told breakfast was included but was not. All guest had take 4 flights of stairs with a baby and husband with bad knees. I came to lay my mom to rest and this was not a good stay

Needs a lot of improvement

Reception was very poor. Rooms were avaliable but we could not check in until 5. Receptionist was unfriendly. Rooms, especially bathroom, need thorough cleaning. You will see mold and mildew and the vent is a mess. We tried to watch the television but the reception was very bad and we couldn't watch it. Besides breakfast, we would recommend eating elsewhere. The 2nd floor patio was pleasant. It is walkable to the ferry but there are nicer options.

It’s a good stay over place. We were traveling thru St Thomas and just needed a place to stay. Staff was friendly. Hotel felt safe inside. It is close to the downtown ferry dock, easy walking distance.

The structure and aesthetic was amazing. The location was pretty convenient as well. Though the hotel did not have water for guests to drink at all, even though they had cups in the room. It seems more interest was placed into the look of the hotel than the practicality of guests and what would be required while traveling for vacation or business.

I have been staying in this property since 1999 and its condition is declining on my every stay. Room amenities are poor. Location is the only pro for this property. Staff is always helpful but hotel is needed more attention
