Our room was nice, nice blackout curtains. My friends room had toilet issues. They did offer to move her, but only here for one night so she opted to stay. Nice pool area. Security guard was really nice and extremely helpful. All staff were friendly and polite.

My room was never cleaned due to the fact that the custodial team told me they were not seeing in their system that anyone (I) was occupying the dwelling. Additionally, the WiFi up in the rooms is horrible. I had to hotspot myself to get any work for work or school done. My door was hard to close and sometimes you thought it was closed but it wasn’t. Lastly, there was not one microwave on the premises not even downstairs in the the lobby to hit the left over foods and stuff for the kids.

Convenient location
The Windward Passage is conveniently located near the ferry terminal. I've stayed there several times. The rooms are okay, clean and reasonably comfortable. The shower was poor, couldn't get any COLD water so very hot.

I recently stayed at the Windward Passage Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located close to the ferry. However, the girl who checked us in on 11/8 was not friendly and did not provide us with any information about the property's amenities or lack thereof.
