Our AC went out two different times, our toilet was clogged, and it took them 4 hours before anyone was able to come up to help in the situation. We were a family of 4 which included 2 children and we all needed to go to the bathroom after we woke up. The huge blind over our king size bed fell down and there were roaches in the kitchen cabinets. The smell around the facility was so bad, we do know that was not the fault of the facility, but it does need a better solution. The resort needs more dining options. The hilltop pool was beautiful, but the TV's were never turned on, the bar closed at 8 PM (this is for people on vacation that want to have a good time), the music was so low you couldn't hear it. The main pool was so brightly lit up that you didn't want to go there. Actually, we never swam in it. It's a shame!

Room had no AC, sargasm made the place smell badly. None of the TVs worked in the dining area nor pool area. SPA was closed. This was a miserable trip for my family, never again.

Nice property, well taken care of. Staff in lobby and hillside bar wonderful. A couple of issues, the smell and presence of seaweed. Almost nauseating after a day or 2. No shuttle to magens bay/beach. Coki beach was nice but shuttle overcrowded and had to wait for a second round of passengers during off season.

This place stink bad no hospitality. You have to walk up the damn hill just to get to your room cause they clock out at 10 o’clock and there’s no room for nobody. They don’t clean up your room on a daily basis even if you call the front desk and it’s terrible. It’s a waste of money and a waste of time. Not a good review.

The staff were very nice but the entire stay we didn’t have hot water. We was taking cold showers and it was never resolved. Also the smell from the seaweed had the hotel smelling really bad. Overall the island was very beautiful but the building we were staying in was not it.

I took my daugnter who is 11 here for a mom and daughter vacation. The smell wasnt as bad as others described. You only smell it at the bottom pool area. They also have a second hitop pool and bar which is lovely and you dont smell the sargasm at all. I loved our stay the property grounds and rooms were well kept. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was I was forced into a timeshare presentation which was only suppose to last 90 mins and they kept me and my daughter there for 4 hours! Besides that we had a wonderful stay made quite a few vacation friends a ton of wonderful memories & truly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Margaritaville St. Thomas Review

Had to waite on courtesy cart drivers too long, if they showed up when requested. Did a lot of walking. The restaurant service was just okay, most of the time food was received warm and not hot. For the price of food, everything should have been hot and fresh. And finally the room, room looked wonderful as the property is gorgeous. But something bit me and the daughter at the foot of the bed, not cool.
