Fabulous location, easy to walk everywhere, the staff is incredibly helpful with any requests and coffee and tea in the morning are included with stay (breakfast at up charge). Early check in is available if a room is free for a fee at approx $8 per hour prior to check in (I checked in at 10am and was charged for 4 hours early check in in). If you come with a lot of luggage just keep in mind there is no elevator here to get to your floor

Excellent location. Near bus stop. Bakery located in same building. Walking distance to Rainbow road and Church. Quiet area. Bed was soo comfortable. Lighting and temperature all ideal. Wd def recommend when traveling to Reykjavik.

A popular tour group venue. Breakfast can get a bit crowded in July.

Rooms were not cleaned on arrival. A phone call to the inn keeper was successful in getting someone to come out immediately to clean the guest house. For the price of this rental, the property was tired and rundown. The shower overflowed/leaked. The kitchen was nice even though we did not use it.
