Variety of breakfast food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

Staff at hotel were excellent friendly and helpful can not compliment them enough l. Room was a different matter looked tired bathroom floor was very slippery as i found to my cost. No shower gel. When left in morning nobody on desk to report fall and no shower gel

This is a very nice hotel. Staff at check in were excellent. Room was clean and tidy sand the ensuite was cleverly set out and everything was easy to use. Room was quite hot so we needed to keep the window open, being close to the motorway it was a bit nois. All in all I would recommend this hotel, pricing was excellent and included breakfast.

Great hotel

We stayed recently for 2 nights as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby). The room was small but comfortable and had all the amenities we required. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of food choices. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel location was good and easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces outside.

I strongly disagree with a a method of rating that rates 8-10 as good to excellent and 1-7 as poor. Think of your staff and how you can make their experience and expectations better over customers who will stay 1-2 nights and can complain about the thing and it’s probably been the best sleep and breakfast they’ve had in a long time. Think about your staff in the strange rating culture that we live in, please!

Great Break

It was a nice stop over. We stayed for 2 nights, it was a great place to stay, while visiting Alton Towers water park & Theame park. The inly thing was upsetting its that there was no spare plugs to charge pur device.

All the staff were excellent, breakfast was Good. It was so noisy, the room was so hot, we couldn't sleep. People going to Macdonald's so early in the morning was also noisy. I thought it was very expensive £133 for a night and breakfast, but the staff made the stay worthwhile.
