Nice, clean no frills hotel
Very clean, well appointed. I did not use any amenities and do not know if I could have gotten coffee or a soda. There was a bar near the elevators. As a pet owner, I appreciated the fact it was dog friendly although my dogs stayed home. A few issues I had: the bed was I believe memory foam and it was a little uncomfortable. I did turn a lot. It felt as though there was a lump in my side which seemed to follow me to the other side of the bed. Also I could not figure out how to close the shade. The cords seemed stuck. And the room was cold. I turned the heat up but it did not substantially alter the temp. I live near wind swept beaches of Cape Cod so I like cold rooms but this didn't seem to warm up much. However, I definitely would stay again.

The HVAC motor bearing was failing causing the unit to screech throughout the night. The breakfast was poorly prepared, slow service - cook was overwhelmed being responsible for taking orders, preparing food and serving without any support staff.

Nice place, weird but warm
Had a hard time sleeping in the room, hotel kept the rooms and halls warm ( ~ 75 F) and provided a single heavy blanket. Hard to get comfortable enough to sleep, even setting the AC on full blast

Some of the staff at this property were very kind, including the cleaning guy. However the front desk woman was extremely rude to me and my wife. After a long day, we were grabbing a couple snacks and heading to check out to PAY FOR THEM. And the front desk woman screamed across the lobby at us that we had to pay…as we were pulling out our credit card to swipe it. I thought this was extremely disrespectful and rude.

I was a little upset with the room as far as it being cleaned properly. Someone's personal items (Condom) was left on the floor and seeing that it was late when i got back to my room there was no cleaning staff so i had to remove myself! Tried calling down stairs and my call never got answered It was horrible! I just slept on top of the bed never got in it as i was disgusted. It was only for 3 days so i made it through. Just talk to the cleaning staff and let them know that cleaning a room is not just emptying the garbage and changing the sheets/towels. Mirrors in the bathroom need to be cleaned as well everyone's toothpaste splattered everywhere. I stay here all the time and this by far was not the Best.

Apparently the desk service person could not see that we had booked 2 rooms, and had to confirm with the manager that we could have the second room, very little info given upon check in, nothing regarding breakfast services or surroundings. And there was no one at the desk for check out and no instructions as to what to do. However, the rooms were pretty clean, and they would be very conducive to the practicality of business people traveling for work.

This is a very nice property that is kept up. Convenient to where I needed to be and without the exorbitant rates of Stamford and Greenwich. Parking was always available in lot. Exercise equipment was maintained and the added rollwrs in the room were great. Low points were cosmetic. Also no drawers for clothing. Closet only.
