Couldn't get the wifi to work. Cell phone service was terrible. Terrible hotel design - entrance, registration, and elevators are at one end of a long, long building, and of course, our room was as far away as possible. Front entrance driveway was clogged with cars and took forever to get through. Self parking was at the very far end of the building, and then you had to walk all the way around the building to get back in and get to the elevator, and then walk all the way around to get to our room. Of course, valet parking was right in the very front of the property, and was mostly empty. They should put the guest parking at the front of the property and the valet parking at the back. We won't be staying there again.

When is breakfast included not really???
We included breakfast in our reservation and payment and learned that there was no restaurant open in the hotel for breakfast. The meal was lukewarm at best, and in To-Go packaging. There was no indication that this was the only option on HOTELS.com or the Hyatt.com. This was very disappointing.

Started staying here 12 years ago. First time back since Covid . No coffee station in the morning. No room service menu in the room. Water was shut off all night until morning. Not a problem, things happen. This place use to have a great vibe. It’s completely devoid of any feeling. The best I can say is that it had clean sheets and towels.

Good, but needs improvement
We stayed for one night only as a family trip. Like others stated, there is still some construction going on, we were just there and they were doing some painting, with some walls being wet to the touch. It did not bother us. The pool/hot tub area was nice but it lacked in service, Sunday morning there were no towels and no one to replace towels. Breakfast on the go was just terrible, no options really, just your typical bagel and donuts, would be better if healthy options were present, especially for kids.. the surrounding area has restaurants and grocery stores near by so you might as well just eat out. What bothered me the most is that it seems like they have huge events going on most weekends, so you have the lobby filled with people that were attending those events and not just hotel gets. There was a MASSIVE event going on when we went and in order to get to the pool area or the parking area you have to walk right in the middle of it, so uncomfortable for guests. Wish those events were not smacked right in the middle of the hotel.. that kinda removes the relaxing experience for the guests.. you could have hundreds of people right where guests are as well.. other hotels usually have a separate area for events. Overall the renovations look nice, plants are just beautiful and well kept. Gym and the pool area is nice (needs more cleaning and attention). We would give it another try as a family again since my kids loved the pool.

There was an incredible amount of construction on our floor and there were workmen everywhere. They gave us and many others room that were smack dab in the middle of a construction zone. When I left the hotel, my shoes were dusty. There were workmen everywhere and construction noise during my stay. I traveled with two pre-teen girls and they were not comfortable walking around our floor because of the workmen everywhere. This was a terrible experience!
