The floor was uneven, the shower never got hot enough for comfort, the TV kept flickering, the door let in a cold draft. The bed was big and nice and staff was very courteous.

The mirror on the ceiling had what appeared to be semen on it. The comforter was stained with weird spots. The floor was sticky and uneven. I left after 5 minutes.

Was told they have never had complimentary breakfast. Room was in need of repair - molding cracked on ceiling, tiles cracked, floor had soft spots, bathroom door poor repair, bathroom door latch did not work properly, no hot water when attempting to shower, no channel guide for tv or any information documentation at all for anything!

The cashier mentioned that the website information would be corrected, yet there is already a sign stating that breakfast is not included. This suggests at management is aware of the discrepancy but has not taken steps to update the website accordingly.
