There was a lot of music and noise coming from the next room. I complained to the front desk, and while they stopped it initially, someone later started knocking on my door. I complained again, but the front desk only advised me to lock the door and sleep instead of properly checking the issue. Additionally, the carpet is dirty and the overall maintenance is poor.

We booked non smoking room with breakfast but we we want to hotel we were told that non-smoking room is not available. We asked then why it was at first place took the booking. Without choice we went to the smoking room and the room was horrible like weed smell more over the air conditioner cooling was not chilling We asked what time the breakfast will start, they said no breakfast. We said but we booked with breakfast. They said they have already updated the booking coming but they have not updated their booking website. We could not sleep the whole night due to the bad smell and air conditioner. Horrible experience and do not recommend to anyone to dtay at this place. It felt like we were cheated as they damaged our trust for booking online through the third party. Hotel.com

One of the worst experiences, toilet flush, hair dryer not working,bathroom door locks are broken,ver bad smell, very dirty, if there is option of 0 rating then I wish to give 0 rate. No breakfast available, even it is advertised with free breakfast, never live in this trash place.
