Great check in, but bar service atrocious
Brilliant and quick check in, fair play to the young lady - airside view room, really good (see pic) however bar service was far from anything better than 2/10, total chaos, bar staff more concerned (all 3 at one time) on preparing restaurant orders, no concept of who’s next, I stood at the bar on my own for over 5 mins, no eye contact, was joined by other clients who then, when the duty manager arrived, got served first, yes a pet hate of mine, but if staff did their job correctly Not what you’d expect from a Hilton brand

Both bins in room were filled with previous guest’s trash. Made me wonder what else had been forgotten and so it was uncomfortable staying there

Could do better.
Not so good been very good on previous visits Our meal went astray got it very late. If I wanted a room for disabled use I would have booked it. TV didn’t work. Mattress was very hard bad night . 3.30 am call was 15 minutes late!! Think this hotel needs a shake up not impressed. The highlight was Jeanie who helped us at breakfast she was very welcoming .

Great airport hotel
The Hilton is a perfect hotel to stay at when you have to catch a flight from Stansted airport. It's very reasonably priced too. It's easy to get to from Euston Station and you are then in walking distance to the airport. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was included but I had a very early flight so didn't get to sample it. I would happily do stay here again.

The general quality of everything was good except for the restaurant food which was poor. The impression was of warmed up meals. Both our meals were only warm and my burger and chips were left. But the staff did discount the bill as a result of this. Malcolm Beat

Such a rude experience, we stayed here the other night and simply asked to be able to get a taxi from the car park after our flight, so they said, yes but for a fee! Really, you're gonna charge us a fee so an Uber can pull into your car park for five seconds to pick us up? So stupid.

Stayed at the Hampton for it's convenience for Stansted Airport and the parking. We also enjoyed the fact we could have an evening meal in the restaurant or room service if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and included in our room rate.
