Novotel is my airport hotel of choice. Genuinely friendly and helpful team members. Everywhere is clean and smells fresh. The rooms are also very clean, quiet and well equipped with iron/ironing board, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities. Beds are comfy, with nice soft bedding - a great nights sleep. The shower has great pressure, the toiletries smell divine and the towels are fluffy. Shuttle bus to and from the airport is great and runs very regularly (£4pp each way). I always look forward to staying at Novotel Stansted - wether it’s the night before my holiday, or the night I return.

Very comfortable accommodations, convenient shuttle bus to the airport every half an hour (£4 per person, each direction, can be paid by card or cash onboard). We booked without breakfast as our flight was very early in the morning.

Ideal place to stay overnight pre-Stansted travel. Hotel is large, well kept and comprehensively equipped to make a travel stopover easy and hassle free. reasonable price but it is near London so expect this price point. we liked very much the friendly staff who welcomed us, served us and maintained the rooms, they all exhibited a good vibe working here. Car parking for one night stay very fair and reasonable, lots of parking but it looked very full, we did find the overflow carpark later on a walk but had parked already in the main area. In all a very nice stay that took all the stress of dropping my wife off to travel. We drove 120 miles here via M25 so time of day to drive is critical. One minor negative, hot water in our room was defective, the two shower heads, overhead and hand spray were not isolating and 50% went to each, low flow meant you got a workout to get wet running around ! But over all a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Hotel with everything you need

Clean and beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to the airport twice an hour. Breakfast not included but available at an extra cost.

Arrived at around 2330 to find the parking was awful as most spaces full so had to park on an unmade area some way from the main entrance. A number of male guests were very noisy and swearing obviously had been drinking but staff said nothing room clean and breakfast very good staff were not particularly friendly
