What a gorgeous room to stay in! The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere and delicious upscale food. The whole place was decorated in such a fancy and fun way. Staff was also amazing and very helpful.

We were told our room was ready to check in early. When we got to the room, the bed linen was rolled up in the center of the bed. The room was clearly not ready. The next day, the shower drain was clogged. When I called to request help, we were told there was no one there to handle it, since it was a holiday. He wished me a good day. I expressed my concerns during check out. I also wrote an email to the GM and heard nothing. This is a lovely, small hotel that used to have top notch service. It’s sad to see it slipping into mediocre.
