The stay was great. I noticed upon check in some implicit bias upon check in from the lady at the front desk staff that even. However the young man who checked me in was very pleasant. The front desk staff that morning however was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not sure if he was a manager or not but his customer service was impeccable! Kudos to him for his great hospitality!

The facility is very clean. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed... wow! It was so comfortable! We liked the assortment of pillows. There was a microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. Everything in the room worked. My only complaint was the lighting - even with the curtains opened, the room wasn't very bright. The courtesy counter is staffed with very pleasant people, but that doesn't apply to the people servicing the breakfast area. (Those people looked so unhappy and didn't interact with people.)
