Over priced and very basic dated accommodations.

Unfortunately some guest at 1am in the morning started screaming at the top of their voice and pounding on the room. This went on for at least 10 minutes. Won't be back. This town is a rip off from entry to exit.

The hotel is old there are no frills. Other than that it was perfect. Reminded me of when I was a kid. The bathroom shower stall was really small and as I mentioned it’s old. There was a wall unit air conditioner. It met our needs for a good night sleep. It was close enough to Penn State so we could ride our bikes to the Football game. I would stay here again.

This little, private motel reminded me of road trips I took as a student in the 1990s - friendly, clean, outdated in its decor but comfortable and conveniently located to visit our son at Penn State - it's a 30 min walk to downtown and 20 min to campus. There is an excellent breakfast restaurant next door and a good Greek restaurant as well. The manager/owner of the motel was very sweet and helpful, the room big and clean. And the price is of course much more affordable than many other places in State College.
